For best results, first, apply a thin layer of Eternal hydrating base coat and allow it to dry.

Then, apply the first layer of your favorite Eternal nail polish coating the surface from base to tip, wait 5 minutes and follow by a second coat — as thick as the first.

Once dried, finish with the Eternal top coat to prolong wear and seal in color.

Okay, not great

I bought this set for the ivory color (American tips). The polish is gloppy and doesn't self-level very well. I still use it for the tips because I like the color (slightly pearlescent ivory -- very natural-looking) but the other polishes went straight to the donation bin.
