We recommend using a top and base coat. A Base coat will provide the adhesive purpose for a longer last manicure and the top coat will seal the manicure, providing a nicer finish. We offer many bases and top coats to choose from.
Do all your polishes strengthen my nails?
No, only our nail strengtheners
How long does your polish last?
Our polishes are tested to last up to 7 days, however, there are many factors that can result in polish to chip fast. Your lifestyle and the application of your manicure play a key role. Our 2 Step Gels can last up to 10 days!
How can I make my manicure last longer?
We recommend buffing/filing the nails, making sure the nail beds are completely clean from oils or dust residue, apply a top and base coat, apply thin coats and allow each layer to fully dry before applying another.

Can you apply No Bite over polish?
Yes, you can apply a thin coat of No Bite over your manicure.
Does your remover take off gel?
Absolutely. Use our 100% acetone remover to remove Gel.
Is No Bite safe for children?
No Bite is safe for ages 1 and older.
Do all your polishes prevent nail biting?
No, our only nail biting treatment is called No Bite.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico due to shipping restrictions with nail polish, which is classified as a potentially hazardous material.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, Monday through Friday. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Due to the current pandemic, we have seen significant delays with DHL, FedEx and USPS. Their safety is our priority as we work with them to deliver these packages safely to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package ships. Please note that nail polish is liquid and flammable, therefore can only be shipped by ground services.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, we do not ship internationally.
What if I don't receive an order confirmation email immediately?
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check all other folders. If it still cannot be located, please contact customerservice@eternal-cosmetics.com with your order number, full name on the order and email address so we can locate your order. The email address may have a typo or be different than the one you are logged into.
What if I don't receive a shipping confirmation email?
Your order may not have shipped just yet or it could be under a different email address. Please contact customerservice@eternal-cosmetics.com for clarification.
What does it mean if my order says unfulfilled?
Unfulfilled orders mean they have not been shipped yet.
My order says "fulfilled" but I have not received it. Why?
When an order says "fulfilled" it means, we have shipped the order from our warehouse and it is en route to you.
I have the wrong shipping address on my order, how do I fix it?
Please email customerservice@eternal-cosmetics.com with your order number and the correct shipping address you want on your order ASAP so we can correct it before the order ships.
Do you accept returns?
We have a 30-day return policy. Please email customerservice@eternal-cosmetics.com with your return request so our customer service team can determine if your order is eligible for a return.
How long until I receive my refund?
Once we cancel an order or submit a refund, the funds are taken from our account and in the process of being returned to the original payment method. This process with your bank can take up to two weeks. Please contact your bank for further clarification on the refund process.
I returned my product, why haven't I received a refund yet?
We may not have received the package in our warehouse just yet. Once we receive the return packages, our returns department will handle the refund. Please make sure you email customerservice@eternal-cosmetics.com with your return tracking number so we can look into it.
What ingredients are in your products?
We are all about creating the cleanest formulation possible without compromising on performance. That’s why we formulate to be “21-free” which means we are free of the twenty one harmful chemicals commonly found in nail polishes including dibutyl phthalate (DBP), toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, Ethyl Tosylamide, xylene, MEHQ/HQ, MIT, parabens, animal derived ingredients and gluten. Do you have acetone free removers?
Yes we offer Eternal Cosmetics Non-Acetone Nail Polish Remover with Pomegranate Extract, Alpha Hydroxy Acids and Sweet Almond Oil
Are all your products made in the USA?
All our nail polishes, treatments and removers are made in the USA. Our facial serums also are made in the USA. However our makeup is formulated in Germany, assembled in Colombia.
Animal Testing Policy
Eternal does not conduct animal testing and has done so. We comprehensively test our products using the most technologically advanced methods available to ensure they are safe to use.
Cruelty free certifications
For U.S. based companies, Third Party Certifications (Leaping Bunny, PETA, etc) require all brands held by a parent company to meet their cruelty-free standards globally. We are working on certification at the moment. We are cruelty free company but hope to announce it soon with certification.
